Continuing to build on the participants’ knowledge of climate risks and data gathering in the supply chain, this Bootcamp will help attendees evaluate potential initiatives and their likely returns for their organizations. The course will assist participants in establishing a framework for analyzing supply chain priorities. Instructors will demonstrate how to craft the right strategies for effective engagement with the supply chain as well as highlight common pitfalls of program implementation.
