The cascading impacts and implications of climate change create a complex web when communicating with senior leaders. This course module will help practitioners contemplate strategies for synthesizing a business or mission assurance case for prospective initiatives. Participants will also learn about aligning their existing planning efforts with broader enterprise strategic plans, regional master plans or organization imperatives.
