Climate change impacts all decision-making and operating functions across organizations and sectors. Strategically planning organizational change and engaging internal and external stakeholders dramatically increases the success of climate change initiatives. This course will teach you the basics of organizational change, how to identify and engage stakeholders, and the fundamentals of systemic approaches to actively managing and leading change in your organization.
