The operational and organizational change paradigm that climate change will induce requires professionals and decision-makers to contemplate innovative approaches to operations and service. Practitioners who understand how to be successful as individuals who create an atmosphere conducive to innovation, or who desire to be the innovator themselves, will benefit from understanding the fundamentals of successful entrepreneurship. This foundational course module will help practitioners contemplate these elements as they contemplate a path toward the transformation required for successful climate action.
