Held in partnership with the District Department of Energy & Environment, Metropolitan Washington Council on Governments, Exelon and Dentons, workshop participants will build upon foundational knowledge from the first two workshops in this series by learning about materiality and climate risk assessment, assessing the economic implications of climate change and prospective response initiatives, making the business case for climate action, and strategies for engaging across organizational and jurisdictional boundaries with a regional focus added for Florida. Professionals from the public and private sectors, higher education and the NGO community will benefit from the classroom-style, interactive training activities.
